Very true r4nd0m,  we kinda get overly comfortable with all our e juice but it does need to be safely stowed away from children and pets.

All of the above applies to pets too.

My cat licked the end of my mixing pipet the other day (and no that isn't a euphemism), he liked it although it had me a bit worried.  He seems fine though but a lesson learned all the same.

Certain animals are attracted to nicotine it seems...My Mums cat used to dribble and then roll about on  my rollie butts  :o  She would sit around me when she knew I was making a roll up! Strange girl she is....

I keep all nic liquids in the fridge or in a fishing box....

hey guys new member here! nice to be part of the community :D
been vaping for just under 2 weeks now so i dont know a great deal about exposure to e-liquid etc. I do find sometimes find that some liquid gets on my lips while vaping and creates a slight tingly feeling but other than that, i have seen no bad side effects to this.
has anyone else had this happen to them and will it be detrimental in the longer term? ie dry lips, blisters or something like that?
i also reflexively like my lips when they get liquid on them but feel nothing strange on my tongue

thanx for any noobie guidance,

Alex

Hi and welcome, Aldee. First, congratulations going on two weeks :)

Think everyone has had lip contact with e-liquid at least occasionally. Never had any lip irritation or numbness in my 2 months vaping. Just take a sip of whichever beverage you like and you're set :)

Hellow and welcome.

Just as I'm reading this I got some liquid in my mouth from an over filled boge, happens all the time and I haven't noticed any side effects.

Only thing I've noticed is that it can discolour your fingers a bit when not cleaning it off, depending on the liquid you are using. It's only colour though and no discomfort.

The 1st week or so when I was experimenting with tanks etc I was always getting liquid in my mouth.  Lots of tingling but never anything other than that.  If I'm out and about and it happens and don't have a drink handy, I just use a wetwipe to wipe it off, or spit into a tissue (sorry if that sounds crude!)
